Refund policy


We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help — within the guidelines below.


Return Window

Returns must be requested and received within 14 days of purchase or delivery

After 14 days, items are exchange only for an item of equal or greater value

After 30 days, all sales are final


Return Conditions (All Returns)

Items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In original, resaleable condition

With all tags attached

Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


In-Person Returns

In-person returns follow the same policy as online returns.

Requirements:

Within 14 days of purchase

Proof of purchase required (receipt or order confirmation)

Items must be unworn, unwashed, odour-free, and tagged

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be declined.


Exchanges

Some items may be exchange only, not eligible for refunds.

Exchange-only items must be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value

Exchanges for lower-priced items are not permitted

Due to system limitations, all exchanges are processed as a return followed by a new purchase:

If the new item is more expensive, the customer completes a new purchase

Exchanges for items of lesser value are not permitted


Store Credit

Mood Clothing does not offer store credit at this time.

If you are unsure what you’d like to exchange for, you are welcome to return within the 14-day window once you are ready to select an item of equal or greater value.


Online Returns

To request an online return:

Log in using the Account button next to the shopping bag

View your past purchases

Select “Request Return” beside the item

We’ll contact you with return or drop-off instructions once your request is received.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing

Bank processing times may vary

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

Undergarments

Bodysuits

Sale / clearance items

Gift cards


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
