As soon as you check out, we’ll email you an order confirmation with your order number and everything you picked out. If you see that email, you’re all set. Your order is officially in and we’re on it!

Don’t see it? Check your spam or promotions folder first, because sometimes it ends up there. If it’s not there either, email us at info@moodclothingco.com with your name and the email you used at checkout, and we’ll track it down for you.

Yes, as long as we catch it before it ships! Email us at info@moodclothingco.com as soon as you can. Include your order number and your new address, and we’ll update it for you.

Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days, so the sooner you reach out, the better. If your order has already shipped, we can’t change the address, but we’ll do our best to help you sort it out with the carrier.

Just a heads up that we only ship within Canada, so your new address needs to be in Canada too.

Shipping within Canada is a flat $12, and it’s free on orders over $125. If you’re in Regina, you can also choose free local pickup at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We pack and ship orders within 1–2 business days of when you place them. Once your order is on its way, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow it.

After it ships, delivery usually takes:

• Saskatchewan: 2–4 business days
• Western Canada: 3–6 business days
• Rest of Canada: 5–10 business days

Remote areas, PO boxes and busy times like the holidays can add a few extra days.

If you’re in Regina and chose free local pickup, we’ll let you know as soon as your order is ready, usually within 1–2 business days.
